in some cases yes but all that i sale is verified and controlled check before send it. but it can happen wen the shipper lost your packed. i dont have control of that i can only put on the post to send than its out of my control. but i can always can make a deal with you if the item is gone or broke. i give you a discount and in special cases money back.
